Erik Homes and LPS created this unique residential enclave that takes advantage of its proximity to First Landing State Park. Four unique homes face a muse that acts as both the homes’ front yard and vehicular entry from 73rd street. The two-story homes meet many of the EarthCraft standards; with conditioned crawl spaces, spray foam insulation and Energy Star appliances and are built from reclaimed coated plywood, and reclaimed hardwood floors.

Riverfront Shoppes in Suffolk

Gee’s Group is planning to develop Riverfront Shoppes in the Nansemond Borough on Harbour View Boulevard in Suffolk. The site consists of six retail shoppes and two restaurants in one building and two office spaces, one restaurant, and three retail shoppes in the second building. The 2.73 acres parcel and 1.23 acres parcel are located in the northwest corner of the intersection of River Club Drive and Harbour View Boulevard, behind the existing Suntrust Bank.
